What footage quality do you need?

If your raw video is flat, dim, or shaky, we use tools like Topaz Labs to upscale and stabilize. If your audio sounds like it was recorded in a tunnel, Adobe Enhance can pull a clean voice out of almost anything. Send what you have: we'll tell you upfront if it's beyond saving (it rarely is).
Do you handle French / English / both?
Both, fluently. Editing happens in French and English with native-level proofreading in either language.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
Send us anything: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, raw camera files, even direct phone exports.
For transfer, we prefer a shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder (evergreen access: no expired WeTransfer links, no re-uploading the same files).
